Reward 1: Spend HK$600 to Receive HK$100 Voucher

1. The promotion period lasts from 1 July to 31 August 2026.
2. During the promotion period, customers who spend HK$600 or more via electronic payment (up to a maximum of two receipts) on the same day at designated dining, shopping, or entertainment merchants in DB Plaza, DB North Plaza, and D’Deck, upon presenting the valid same-day machine-printed merchant receipts along with the corresponding electronic payment slips, and follow the official @VisitDiscoveryBay Facebook page or Instagram account, or download the Discovery Bay mobile app and register an account, can redeem HK$100 DB Voucher or HK$100 PARKnSHOP Supermarket Voucher. Please refer to the VisitDiscoveryBay website for the list of designated merchants.
3. Customers must present valid receipts in person at the G/F Concierge of DB Plaza between 12:00 noon and 9:00 pm on the same day of spending. Redemptions are only accepted on the day of spending; late submissions will not be entertained.
4. Rewards are subject to a limited quota on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last, and the redemption programme will terminate accordingly without prior notice. Each customer can only redeem one reward per day.

Reward 2: Spend More, Sail Free! Reward Up to 6 Extra Free Ferry Tickets

1. The promotion period lasts from 1 July to 31 August 2026 (applicable only on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays).
2. On Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays during the promotion period, customers who spend the specified amounts via electronic payment in a single transaction on the same day at designated dining, shopping, or entertainment merchants in DB Plaza, DB North Plaza, and D’Deck, upon presenting the single same-day machine-printed merchant receipt along with the corresponding electronic payment slip, and follow the official @VisitDiscoveryBay Facebook page or Instagram account, or download the Discovery Bay mobile app and register an account, can redeem 1 free ferry ticket upon spending HK$1,500 or more/ 2 free ferry tickets upon spending HK$2,000 or more/ 3 free ferry tickets upon spending HK$2,500 or more/ 4 free ferry tickets upon spending HK$3,000 or more/ 5 free ferry tickets upon spending HK$3,500 or more/ or a maximum of 6 free ferry tickets upon spending HK$4,000 or more. 3. Customers must present valid receipts in person at the G/F Concierge of DB Plaza or G/F Concierge of Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong between 12:00 noon and 11:55 pm on the same day of spending. Redemptions are only accepted on the day of spending; late submissions will not be entertained.
4. Rewards are subject to a limited daily quota on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last, and the redemption programme will terminate accordingly without prior notice. Each customer can only redeem one reward per day.

General Terms & Conditions for Reward 1 and Reward 2

1. Customers must present the original same-day machine-printed merchant sales receipt, the corresponding electronic payment slip or transaction record within the relevant mobile app, and the corresponding Credit Card, EPS card, Debit Card, or Octopus card.
2. The redemption is valid only for electronic payments made via Octopus card, Credit Card, Credit Card Cash Dollars, Debit Card, EPS, UnionPay card, Alipay, Apple Pay, BoC Pay, Google Pay, PayMe, Samsung Pay, Tap & Go, and WeChat Pay. Other modes of payment, including cash, cash coupons, merchant stored-value cards, membership loyalty points, mall coupons, or merchant coupons, will NOT be accepted. Discovery Bay Commercial Services Limited reserves the right to request users of the aforementioned electronic payment tools to open the corresponding mobile app for photo record and verification purposes.
3. Each set of eligible merchant sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips can only be used to redeem reward once, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers.
4. Handwritten, reprinted, reissued, duplicate, or photocopied receipts will not be accepted. Any receipt that is damaged, defaced, tampered with, or forged shall be deemed invalid.
5. Eligible transactions exclude the purchase of merchants’ prepaid shopping vouchers/cards, gift vouchers, merchant vouchers, or cash coupons; payment for classes or courses; utility bill payments; online purchases or orders; telecommunications services; transactions from short-term exhibition activities or casual leasing; Octopus automatic add-value services or transactions; any value-adding transactions for stored-value cards; and skating lessons or venue rentals at DB Ice Rink.
6. Merchant sales receipts and electronic payment slips used for redemption will be photographed and stamped with an official stamp, and cannot be reused for redemption.
7. Staff of Discovery Bay merchants are not eligible to participate in this promotion and are prohibited from redeeming rewards for themselves or on behalf of customers.
8. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once a reward has been issued. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, other goods, services, or products. Images are for reference only.
9. Redeemed rewards will not be reissued or replaced if lost, damaged, or stolen. Hong Kong Resort Company Limited and Discovery Bay Commercial Services Limited shall bear no liability or responsibility for any such incidents.
10. In the event of unforeseen situations or when adverse weather warnings are in force (including Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal), the operation of the DB Plaza Concierge and all redemption services will be suspended. Opening hours are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice, and all arrangements are subject to the final on-site decisions.
11. Hong Kong Resort Company Limited and Discovery Bay Commercial Services Limited reserve the right to terminate or extend the above redemption programmes and/or to amend, revise, or change any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, without incurring any liability to any party whatsoever. In case of any disputes, the decisions of Hong Kong Resort Company Limited and Discovery Bay Commercial Services Limited shall remain final.
