DB Super Spend & Gain Rewards – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion period lasts from 18 September 2025 to 16 November 2025.
2. Redemption is eligible for spending at Discovery Bay dining, shopping and entertainment category merchants in DB Plaza, DB North Plaza, and D’Deck (excluding 7-eleven, Circle K, fusion by PARKnSHOP, european touch, Market Place and IKEA). Customers must present a single machine-printed receipt issued on the same day, along with the corresponding electronic payment slip (one receipt per merchant category), and follow the @visitdiscoverybay official Facebook or Instagram page.
3. Spending Requirements & Rewards: Spending HK$200 at Dining category merchants and HK$200 at Shopping or Entertainment category merchants can redeem a HK$50 cash voucher; Spending HK$500 at Dining category merchants and HK$200 at Shopping or Entertainment category merchants can redeem a HK$100 cash voucher; Spending HK$700 at Dining category merchants and HK$200 at Shopping or Entertainment category merchants can redeem a HK$150 cash voucher.
4. The single original same-day machine-printed sales receipt, the electronic payment receipt or transaction record in the relevant mobile app, and the corresponding credit card, EPS card, or debit card or Octopus card must be presented to redeem the reward(s).
5. The redemption is valid only for electronic payments by Octopus card, credit card, cash dollar, debit card, EPS, UnionPay card, Alipay, Apple Pay, BoC Pay, Google Pay, PayMe, Samsung Pay, Tap & Go, and WeChat Pay. Other modes of payment, including cash, cash coupons, merchant stored-value cards or membership points, mall coupons, or merchant coupons, will NOT be accepted. Discovery Bay Commercial Services Limited reserves the right to request Alipay, Apple Pay, BoC Pay, Google Pay, PayMe, Samsung Pay, Octopus, Tap & Go, and WeChat Pay users to open the corresponding mobile apps for photo record and verification purposes.
6. Customers must present valid receipts in person at the G/F Concierge of DB Plaza between 12noon to 9pm on the same day of spending. Only redemption on the day of spending is accepted.
7. Each set of eligible sales receipt and corresponding electronic payment receipt can only be used to redeem gifts once, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers (including the Spend & Ride Offer).
8. DB vouchers are subject to a limited quota. Redemption once per person per day. First come, first served. Available while stocks last.
9. Handwritten receipts, reprinted, reissued, duplicate, or photocopied receipts are not accepted. Any receipt that is damaged, defaced, tampered with, or forged shall be considered invalid.
10. Applicable transactions exclude purchase of merchants’ prepaid shopping vouchers/cards, purchase of gift vouchers/ merchant vouchers/ cash coupons, purchase of classes, utility bill payments, online purchases, telecommunications services, transaction of casual leasing activities, Octopus automatic add-value service amounts or transactions, or any value-added-to or transactions by stored-value cards, or skating lessons or venue rentals at DB Ice Rink.
11. The applicable sales receipt and electronic payment receipt will be photographed and stamped with official chop upon redemption and cannot be redeemed again.
12. Staff of Discovery Bay merchants and restaurants are not allowed to redeem the voucher for themselves or on behalf of customers.
13. No return and/or refund will be accepted once the gift has been redeemed. The gift is not transferable or redeemable/exchangeable for cash, other goods, services or products. Gift photo is for reference only.
14. The redeemed gift will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen, and Hong Kong Resort Company Limited and Discovery Bay Commercial Services Limited shall not be liable for these incidents.
15. In the case of unforeseeable situations, adverse weather conditions, Black Rainstorm Signal/Typhoon Signal No.8 or above are hoisted, the operation of Concierge, DB Plaza and the redemption will be suspended. Opening hours are subject to change without prior notice.
16. Hong Kong Resort Company Limited and Discovery Bay Commercial Services Limited reserve the right to end or extend the above redemption programme and/or to modify, revise or change any of these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice and without incurring any liability to any party whatsoever. In case of any disputes, the decisions of Hong Kong Resort Company Limited and Discovery Bay Commercial Services Limited shall remain final.
17. In the case of any conflict or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
