1. The promotion period for the "DB APP Fly Rewards" lucky draw is from 17 March 2025 to 16 May 2025, inclusive of both start and end dates.
   
2. The registration period for the "DB APP Fly Rewards" lucky draw is from 17 March 2025 to 16 May 2025 until 11:59 PM.
   
3. This lucky draw is only applicable to participants who meet the following requirements:
    i. Must have downloaded the new Discovery Bay mobile app.
    ii. Must be a resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, aged 18 or above, and hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card.
   
4. Participants who join the lucky draw are deemed to agree to the terms and conditions.
   
5.   Participants must provide truthful and complete information as required. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
   
6.   All information is based on the records on the online registration page. Any incorrect or incomplete information will be considered invalid. If the information provided by the participant is false or incorrect, resulting in the winner being unable to receive the prize notification and event prizes, Discovery Bay Commercial Services Limited and other prize sponsors will not be held responsible.
   
7. Eligible participant(s) must attain age 18 or above with a valid proof of identity during the promotion period. Otherwise, the relevant winner(s) will be disqualified for the lucky draw without further notice. Discovery Bay Commercial Services Limited reserves the right to verify the identity of the winner(s) and disqualify any winner(s) subsequently found to be ineligible after the publication of the results of the lucky draw, their qualifications for winning the prize will be filled from the reserve list of winners.
   
8. Eligible participants can only enter the lucky draw once. Duplicate entries will be forfeited.
   
9. Winners will be drawn by computer system randomly. Announcement of winners will be published on Discovery Bay website (www.visitdiscoverybay.com) and in am730and The Standard on 28 May 2025. Winners will be notified by phone/ WhatsApp/ email with details on how to claim their prizes. Phone/ WhatsApp/ email notification issued to the winners will not be re-issued in case of loss or damage.
   
10. If the winner cannot be contacted within two weeks after the public announcement of the results, the winner's qualification will be forfeited. And if the winners fail to collect the Prizes within the specified Prize collection period for whatever reason, he/she will be disqualified without further notice. The Prize will be considered as forfeited.
    
11. Winners must personally collect their prizes at the designated location within one month of receiving the prize notification, during the specified time. All prizes must be collected by the winners themselves and cannot be authorized for collection by others.
    
12. No transfer, exchange, trade, cash redemption or substitution for the prizes is permitted.
    
13. Upon the Lucky Draw prize redemption, Winner(s) are required to provide such prize redemption notification and their valid proof of identity for verification purpose and to sign an acknowledgement receipt form (if applicable) for prize redemption and record purposes.
    
14. If for any reason, the Lucky Draw is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Discovery Bay Commercial Services Limited that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of Lucky Draw, Discovery Bay Commercial Services Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process without prior notice.
    
15. The use of the Prizes is subject to the terms and conditions imposed thereon by the individual manufacturer/supplier. Any disputes (including but not limited to the quality, service, supply, delivery and the use) arising from these Prizes shall be resolved by the winner and the manufacturer/supplier directly. Except DB vouchers, Discovery Bay Commercial Services Limited will not be responsible or liable for loss or damage directly or indirectly resulting from any use or misuse of the Prizes which are not supplied by the company.
16. In case of any disputes, Discovery Bay Commercial Services Limited reserves the right of final decision, including registration methods, event details, prizes, and terms and conditions of the event. These terms and conditions are available in both English and Chinese versions. In the event of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
