Online Submission

The completed coloring work with filled application form at the back page must be scanned as digital file (file size must not exceed 3MB, and the file must be submitted in .jpeg, .jpg, .png, or .pdf format), and name the file as: "Student full name – Guardian Phone Contact Number (must match the registration form exactly)" (E.g.: Pip -

Mail Submission
1. After completing the work, participants must mail the completed coloring work along with the filled- application form to the below address by the deadline.
Address: Room B, 13/F, Yin Da Commercial Building, 181 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon.
2. Please specify on the envelope: "Discovery Bay Easter Egg Hunt cum Carnival Coloring and Drawing Competition – [Student full name]" on the envelope to the specified address by the deadline. Deadline: The competition deadline is March 25, 2025, at 23:59 (Hong Kong Time). For mail submissions, the postmark date will be considered. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The competition is open to all kindergarten and primary school students, aged 8-12, in Hong Kong & Macau. Participants must enter the coloring competition according to their respective groups, and each participant may submit only one entry.
Categories: 1. Eggsplorers (3-7yo) and 2. Eggstravagants (8-12yo) (Participants are welcome to unleash their creativity and incorporate elements related to the theme into their entries.)
Entry Format: Participants must use the coloring sheet provided by the organiser. Participants who register online, please printed the downloaded coloring sheet on A4 white paper at 100% original size, single-sided. Participants may choose their own coloring tools and materials, but computer-generated works will not be accepted. Participants are encouraged to add elements related to the theme to their work.
Originality: All entries must be the participant's original work. Using others' work is not allowed. All entries will be reviewed and must not contain any content involving pornography, violence, politics, or inappropriate themes. Failure to comply will result in disqualification without notice.
Intellectual Property: All submitted entries will not be returned, and the intellectual property rights of the entries will belong to the organiser. By submitting an entry, participants agree to allow the organiser to modify, use, reproduce, and display their work and personal information (name and school) without any compensation.
Winning Entries: Winning entries may be printed for public display at Discovery Bay (included but not limited to) and be printed on merchants. The organiser reserves the right to make the final decision on the use of the entries.
Judging: The judging results will be determined by the judging committee, and participants must comply with the decisions of the organiser and the judging committee. The organiser reserves the final rights in case of any disputes.
Personal Data: The personal information provided in the registration form will be used for competition communication, judging, or identity verification. The organiser ensures that the information will be kept confidential and will not be sold, rented, or exchanged with third parties.
Promotional Use: The personal information provided may be used for promotional purposes related to the organiser’s products, services, or business.
Judging Criteria: Overall Aesthetics (50%) Coloring Techniques and Color Usage (30%) Creativity (20%)

I. Participants must adhere to the organiser's instructions. If any participant behaves in a way that disrupts the event, the organiser reserves the right to disqualify them from participating.
II. The organiser may use participants' entries for record-keeping and/or promoting future events and services. By submitting their entries, participants agree to allow the organiser to use, edit, modify, copy, publish, and disseminate any submitted work in any authorized manner for any purpose. This includes internal record-keeping, publicity, and promotion, both in Hong Kong, Macau and internationally, across any platforms the organiser deems appropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, the organiser’s website, social media platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram), and other publications.
III. In the event of any discrepancies between notices issued through different channels, the information published on the Visit Discovery Bay Hong Kong Website, Facebook and Instagram page shall take precedence.
IV. For any disputes regarding the terms and conditions or any related matters, the organiser reserves the right to interpret and make the final decision on any issues in contention. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time without prior notice.
V. Discovery Bay Easter Egg Hunt on the Beach cum Carnival 2025 - Hong Kong and Macau Kindergarten and Primary School Coloring and Drawing Competition is organised by Hong Kong Resort Company Limited (The organiser). The organiser retains the right to make the final decisions regarding the event, including registration methods, event details, prizes, and terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are available in both English and Chinese. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
VI. Once the work is submitted, participants fully agree to abide by and accept the terms and conditions published on the event website.
